Kristin Cavallari shares video of herself deadlifting 185 pounds: 'New record for me’
Kristin Cavallari is putting in work in the weight room.
The Uncommon James founder, 35, shared a video of herself deadlifting 185 pounds on Instagram Thursday.
"185lbs new record for me," Cavallari captioned the post, tagging her personal trainer and Klug Fitness founder, Kevin Klug.
Commenters called out the relative ease with which Cavallari lifted the heavy weight.
"You didn't even struggle. I wanna see you struggle to pull that last rep! Lets Go!!!!" shared one user.
Despite her ability to make it look easy, her latest lift is 30 pounds heavier than the last video she shared to her Instagram Stories doing trap bar deadlifts nearly one month ago.
Cavallari has been open about her fitness journey on social media and shared a video in July doing the same exercise with 155 pounds, her personal best at the time.
Strength training has become a big part of the reality television star's fitness routine.
In June, the Laguna Beach alum told Us Weekly that she's "the strongest" she's ever been thanks to the help of her trainer and a major mindset shift.
While her rep weights are going up, she has no desire to step on the scale herself.
"I don't weigh myself. I can tell how my clothes fit me," she said.
When she's not hitting the gym, Cavallari is showing off the fruits of her gains-chasing labor on Instagram.
"I've been sitting on this picture for a few days going back and forth on if I should post it or not. Ultimately I decided to bc I've come a long way from a few years ago and I'm really proud of the progress I've made," Cavallari wrote in June.
She finished out her post by setting the record straight, writing that being a mom will not hinder her from showing off her hard work.
"I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I'm a mom doesn't mean I can't be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here ya go," she wrote.
