Krispy Kreme's New Lemon-Stuffed Donut Is Available Now for a Short Time
Krispy Kreme is bringing new fruity, colorful, and fresh flavors to its donut lineup. You’ll have to act fast to get your hands on them, because they’re super limited-edition. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
For the next 3 weeks, Krispy Kreme will be releasing one donut flavor from Tuesday through Friday, so you won’t be able to get all three at once. The first week will feature strawberry-glazed and strawberry Kreme-filled donuts; the second week will have key lime-glazed and key lime Kreme-filled donuts, and the third week will be all about lemon-glazed and lemon Kreme-filled donuts. We know, each one sounds better than the last.
Strawberry Glazed and Strawberry Kreme Filled Doughnuts (April 28 to May 1): Both are covered in a strawberry glaze, and the Original Filled version is stuffed with strawberry Kreme
Key Lime Glazed and Key Lime Kreme Filled Doughnuts (May 5 to 8): Both are covered in a key lime glaze, and the Original Filled version is stuffed with key lime Kreme
Lemon Glazed and Lemon Kreme Filled Doughnuts (May 12 to 15): Both are covered in a lemon glaze, and the Original Filled version is stuffed with lemon Kreme
“These new doughnuts taste amazing. And, since you can come inside to enjoy seeing them being glazed right now, we decided to bring the glazer to you,” Dave Skena, chief marketing officer for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, said in a press release.
Now that we’re all salivating together, here’s what you need to know about getting them. Krispy Kreme is offering the donuts in shops, so you can either opt for the drive-thru or order them online for curbside pickup or delivery. Well, it looks like we have three Krispy Kreme orders in our immediate future.
