Chicken alfredo is one of the most classic comfort foods of all time. It's creamy, cheesy, and full of carbs. The perfect winter dish! It feels like we're smack dab in the middle of winter here on the east coast, and the alfredo craving is real.
Thanks to our handy dandy Instant Pot, making it is an actual breeze. With its searing function (which works so well it feels like witchcraft) you can even get a nice sear on your chicken! You can also sautee garlic, a very important step to making the best alfredo ever. A word to the wise though: the instant pot cooks at very high heat, so there's a chance any dairy you add with curdle. Not the prettiest to look at, but still totally edible. After the Parmesan is mixed in, you probably won't even notice!
