The phrase “blue eye shadow” doesn’t typically inspire confidence. But all of a sudden we’re seriously considering giving it another chance.
That’s because one Kerry Washington just wore a bright-blue glittery cat eye to the GLSEN Respect Awards in Los Angeles and she worked it.
Her makeup artist Carola Gonzalez gave Miz Olivia Pope a thick, super-pigmented cat eye covered in similar-toned glitter. To keep the overall vibe from being too in-your-face, Gonzalez finished it off with glowing skin and a neutral lip.
