New Kim Kardashian Comedy Is Coming to Netflix
Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian is expanding her acting career with a new scripted comedy, The Fifth Wheel, which sold to Netflix this past weekend after what Deadline describes as a "nearly week long competitive bidding war." (Nice work, Kris Jenner.) The movie, co-written by married pair Paula Pell (of SNL-writing fame) and Janine Brito, will star Kardashian as the title character (the "fifth wheel") alongside a female ensemble cast.
Keep up with everything we know about the project so far:
What is The Fifth Wheel about?
Plot details are scarce, but we know that Kardashian will star as the titular "fifth wheel" in a female ensemble cast. Perhaps she'll play an older sister who's trying to tag along with her younger sisters? Hmm.
What is the release date for The Fifth Wheel?
Netflix hasn't announced a release date just yet, but considering that the movie still needs to be cast and shot, it's not likely to come out before 2025. Then again, Kim Kardashian has been known to achieve the impossible.

Who is cast in The Fifth Wheel?
So far, the only known cast member is Kim Kardashian, who most recently showed off her acting chops in American Horror Story: Delicate, the second part of which has yet to air. But we can assume that, like Kim, the rest of the cast will know how to get their effing butts up and work.
