Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom Just Made Their Red-Carpet Debut—and Wait Until You See Her Dress

The “are they, aren’t they” of the celebrity dating circuit can be a major source of stress for us plebs. Take, for instance, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. The two have been reportedly dating on and off since 2016…and just made their official debut two years later. (Thanks for clearing that up, guys.)

The two attended the Global Ocean Gala, a charity event hosted by Prince Albert II, in Monoco on Wednesday. Bloom, a chair for the event, looked dapper in a suit, but it was Perry's gown that really stole the show.

Per People, the two split in 2017, but rumors of a reconciliation surfaced this April. Second time’s the charm!
