Queen Elizabeth is hosting a party at Buckingham Palace today in honor of the 50th anniversary of Prince Charles's investiture as the Prince of Wales.

This morning, the royal family is celebrating the 50th anniversary of Prince Charles's investiture as the Prince of Wales with a reception at Buckingham Palace.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined a host of other royals at the event, including Princess Anne, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the Queen, and (of course) Charles himself.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have had a busy few days. Just last week, Will and Kate traveled to Northern Ireland for a whirlwind two-day royal tour. The Duke and Duchess had a jam-packed schedule during the visit, which was focused on working with young people and included stops at child-focused charities including Sure Start and Cinemagic.
For Kate, it was a fashion-filled trip with standout looks including a bright blue Mulberry cape coat and a sparkling Missoni dress worn to an event at Belfast's Empire Music Hall.
Today's event honoring Prince Charles marks the first time Kate, Will, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle have been photographed together since the royal family's annual Christmas outing. The fab four famously smiled for crowds of fans while walking to Christmas church service at St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham.
