Kate Middleton Celebrates Commonwealth Day in an All-Red Ensemble With Suede Gianvito Rossi Pumps
Kate Middleton took part in celebrations for Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey in London on Monday wearing all-red ensemble featuring a pair of Gianvito Rossi pumps. The holiday is the annual celebration of the Commonwealth of Nations, held every year on the second Monday in March.
Dressed in the typical prim attire of the royal family, Middleton wore a bright red Catherine Walker coatdress crafted from wool crepe. She specifically wore the brand’s Beau Tie style, which is available in several colors and features a large bow at the neckline. The silhouette of the coat features a flared skirt and pointed shoulders. She also wore a red hat from Gina Foster and carried a red Miu Miu purse.

The Princess of Wales maintained her color scheme with what appeared to be a pair of red pumps from luxury brand Gianvito Rossi. The suede Gianvito 105 is marked at a price of $795. The style is a popular one — Pamela Anderson wore a beige pair at a screening of “The Last Showgirl” in New York City in December and Ariana Grande wore a white version of the pump in New York City last November.
Gianvito Rossi is a brand that Middleton has worn before. For instance, she recently showcased a pair of brown suede boots from the company while visiting Pontypridd Market in Wales in February. Other designers in her wardrobe include Jimmy Choo (she wore white pumps for the 2024 Trooping the Colour Parade); and Chloé (she wore combat boots from the brand to celebrate U.K Mother’s Day last year.)
