According to a representative for the brand, the Duchess of Cambridge is a fan of Germany's organic Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel. And while the black package looks unassuming, Amazon shoppers say they see wrinkle-smoothing effects from the thin gel within an hour.

According to a small study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science, spilanthol rapidly relaxes muscles similarly to Botox, creating a "noticeable reduction" in fine lines and creases.
