Kane Brown Explains Why He Got a Vasectomy After Wife's Third Pregnancy

Kane Brown is currently gearing up to become a dad of three, but after his newest bundle of joy arrives, he swears he and wife Katelyn Brown are done expanding their family.
And he definitely means it, as the country star has already undergone a vasectomy procedure, something he had done after learning about his wife's third pregnancy.
"Kate got me neutered already," he joked during an appearance on the Bobby Bones Show on Thursday, March 7, admitting that he's "scared" to have three little ones.
The couple, who are already parents to two daughters, Kingsley, 4, and Kodi, 2, announced their third pregnancy in December 2023, revealing that their newest addition to the family would be arriving sometime in 2024. The next month, they did a sweet gender reveal to discover that their bun in the oven is a bouncing baby boy.
"I guess it was God's plan," the "Heaven" singer stated, while sharing the story of how he learned he was about to be a dad of three.
While flying on a private jet to Michael Jordan's golf course, his wife called to tell him she thought she might be pregnant—but the call dropped right after.
"So on the whole flight down, I’m like, 'Oh my God, like, what's going on? … I hope that she's wrong,'" he recounted. "So, she lands, and then she's pregnant."
But the 30-year-old reiterated, the third pregnancy seemed to be "God's plan," as he and Katelyn were not trying to get pregnant this time around.
"My game, if you know what I'm talking about, is strong," he quipped.
But after finding out he was going to have a son, Kane said he became a bit more excited about adding a boy to the mix. However, that still didn't stop Katelyn, 31, from pushing her hubby to get a vasectomy.
"She was telling me, 'you gotta go get it,'" the country crooner recalled, adding that he finally ended up having the procedure done to ensure the next Brown baby is their last.
