JoJo Had To Come Up With Impromptu Food Jingles and Sang The Most Relatable Song About Toast
JoJo made a guest appearance on Delish's newest series "Jingle Challenge" and absolutely slayed—or should we say sleigh-ed? She was given a list of food-related words and had just 10 seconds to come up with a completely original jingle using the word, and TBH, they were all pretty catchy!
"I feel a little pressure. I really want to knock it out of the park but it's anyone's guess how this is gonna go," she said before getting into it. The first few words included things like lobster, chardonnay, and honey, which inspired her pretty quickly, but when it got to "gouda," she was pretty stumped.
"Gouda...smells real weird..." she sang, before questioning herself: "Doesn't it? I don't really know that much about gouda. Damn. I don't eat cheese anymore." (The singer-songwriter has been embracing a vegan diet for over three years now.)
JoJo quickly got back into the groove of it with words like cherry and toast, which she said everyone loves, which makes it easy to sing about! "Women love toast, I love toast!" she said before singing. "Women love, men love, girls love toast. Boys love, you love, we love toast. Late night, feeling right, early morning toast."
The challenge ended with JoJo's quick-thinking jingles for JELL-O, paprika (which she said is one of her favorite spices), egg nog, and onion. Your head will totally bop along to each jingle as you listen to them, and when you're done with that you can sing along to JoJo's latest album December Baby which you can stream everywhere now.
