Jessie J Sent a Sweet Message to Ex Boyfriend Channing Tatum on His 40th Birthday

Jessie J and Channing Tatum's romantic relationship maybe long over, but it looks like their friendship lives on. On Sunday, the singer posted a series of videos and photos of Tatum to celebrate the actor's 40th birthday.

Over a photo showing Tatum in the ocean wearing a white tank top she wrote, "Happy birthday to this special man right here. You are truly one of a kind. I am so grateful you were born and even more grateful we met."

Over a video of Tatum jumping over a railing into the ocean, Jessie wrote, "Keep living your best life."

The couple's on-again, off-again relationship started back in October 2018 after Tatum divorced former wife Jenna Dewan. Though they appeared on a carpet together in January 2020 after splitting for the first time, their latest split came shortly after on April 4th. A source told People, "They cared enough about each other to try again but realized it was better to move on. It’s totally amicable.”
