Jennifer Lopez, 51, Flaunts Her Toned Abs And Butt On 'Billboard' Magazine Cover
Jennifer Lopez, 51, just dropped sizzling shots of her toned abs and butt on Instagram.
The actress and singer shared photos of herself on the cover of Billboard magazine.
J. Lo stays fit by lifting heavy and eating tons of fruit and vegetables.
Jennifer Lopez, 51, has not let quarantine keep her from keeping busy and staying super fit. She's still making music and promoting her new movie, Marry Me, which is set to be released on Valentine's Day 2021.
The actress and singer just shared three super spicy photos on Instagram from her new Billboard magazine cover and spread. In one, the mom of two is pictured alongside her Marry Me co-star Maluma in some saucy cut-out dresses. The talented duo also just dropped their new music video for two collabs "Pa' Ti" and "Lonely."
And in the others, J.Lo is solo, rocking gorgeous gowns that show off her fit physique.

In the photos, Jennifer's booty and abs are looking more toned than ever. And, of course, the pics got lots of "??????" comments from followers. But if you thought J.Lo's abs were sculpted on the magazine cover, her BTS pics are even more impressive.
Jennifer puts in the work to look so strong. First, she sculpts her butt by lifting heavy. In one Instagram workout, she leg pressed nearly 300 pounds (not one, not twice, but 10 TIMES).
Just another Tuesday... After work workout. ????

She also does TrueFusion workouts with her fiancé, A-Rod. The couple is very into the the mixed modality studio, which offers classes like hot yoga and heated bootcamps.
For her core, J. Lo's trainer, Dodd Romero, previously shared the actress' exercise routine with O, the Oprah Magazine, and it is super intense. According to Romero, J.Lo’s typical abs workout starts with a set of 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. But that’s just the beginning. She follows that up with another round, but with 35 reps instead of 50, and then another round of 21 reps.
She also supports her workouts with healthy eating. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly that J.Lo is anti-berries and salmon (due to the texture), but her fridge is always stocked with sparkling water, other fruits, and tons of veggies. "There’s always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice," he said. J.Lo, her fiancé Alex Rodriguez, and their kids are also big into having eggs and turkey bacon handy, Fernandez said.
