If you’re familiar with vitamin C, perhaps you’ve heard it’s highly unstable—meaning it can easily degrade (and become less effective) when exposed to light and air. I’m partial to the serum’s texture, which stands apart from that of vitamin C serums I’ve tried in the past. Whereas most are watery—and, frankly, feel sticky on the skin—Image’s lightweight cream is texturally akin to a milky, featherlight face cream. I’d be remiss to skip over the zesty citrus scent, courtesy of orange peel, which enlivens sleepy mornings.
