Jenni 'J-Woww' Farley Files For Divorce
Jersey Shore's J-Woww is reportedly divorcing her husband of three years, Roger Mathews. J-Woww, or Jenni Farley, filed paperwork citing "irreconcilable differences" at a Jersey courthouse in mid-September, the New Jersey newspaper The Asbury Park Press reports.
Farley claims that her and Mathews' marriage has been broken "for a period of over six months," and that there's no chance of reconciliation. Both the Park Press and TMZ, which picked up the news Thursday evening, noted social media postings from the couple which had suggested rough patches in their relationship (not to mention that Mathews Instagram bio currently leads with 'good father, terrible husband.")
In one Instagram comment, Mathews wrote that ""Some days it’s a struggle to stay together... We aren’t even close to perfect and I have no intention on pretending that we are." In another, he appeared to allege that Farley had cheated on him, but later walked that back as, you know, a joke. LOL!

Farley and Mathews are parents to 4 year-old Meilani and 2 year-old Greyson; Farley filed for joint custody but primary residential rights, and for child support and healthcare expenses from Mathews. As pictured above with then 1-year-old Meilani, she and Mathews were married in November 2015, having first met during the filming of the very first season of Jersey Shore in 2009-Mathews reportedly carried Farley home drunk one night, because how else do you spell romance?
They began dating properly in Jersey Shore's third season, with their relationship chronicled on the show from that point, as well as in Farley and Nicole Polizzi's spin-off, Snooki & J-Woww, and a "Domesticated" YouTube series. (Oh, and also also a season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars). Mathews has not appeared in the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation reboot, however.
As of 8 p.m. EST Thursday night, neither Farley nor Mathews has offered comment on the filing.
