James Charles Posts Nude Photo After Getting Hacked on Twitter

• James Charles posted a nude photo on Twitter after getting hacked on social media this weekend.

• James says the photo is a way to take ownership of the situation so no one can threaten to release his nudes.

James Charles is taking matters into his own hands after getting hacked on Twitter. The makeup artist and influencer posted a nude mirror selfie, explaining "hi I got my account back just case I ever get hacked again, here’s the ONLY nude I’ve ever taken! can’t threaten me with it now. get a life."

He also spent some time responding to fans (by which I mean ~haters~) who questioned the decision. Like, when someone mused "no one asked for this," James went ahead and hit back with "yeah well i didn’t ask to have my security and privacy threatened either slutdelrey so this is me taking back ownership of the situation, move on with your day."

Fair. And perhaps most profoundly, he wrote "It’s a butt, get over it" to someone who called him a "sick f*ck," which....also fair!

But honestly the most James Charles-y part about this entire thing was him revealing that he had to fight with his management team for "approximately 8 minutes" before posting the photo:

Anyway, wish ya dude luck because apparently his entire phone was compromised / hacked, the fraud department hung up on him, and it all just sounds very dramatic and upsetting.
