J.Lo and Alex Rodriguez Already Won the Oscars Red Carpet
Since her big-screen debut in 1995, Jennifer Lopez has starred in a laundry list of popular movies-but she's never been nominated for an Oscar. But this year, the 49-year-old star was tapped as one of the night's many presenters.
On Sunday, Lopez arrived at the 91st Academy Awards prepared to-as Tyra Banks would say-give her best smize on the red carpet. The singer, actress, dancer, and producer showed up with her boyfriend of two years, former professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez. And indeed, the two looked smitten while posing hand in hand.
In case you forgot, the last time Lopez was at the Oscars was in 2015 when she, along with Chris Pine, presented the award for Best Costume Design to The Grand Budapest Hotel's Milena Canonero.
While we can't wait to see her take the stage during the live show, other famous faces expected to give out Oscars are Whoopi Goldberg, Chadwick Boseman, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael B. Jordan, and Laura Dern.
To say Lopez is keeping busy is an understatement. Besides attending the Oscars, she is currently preparing for her next role as a stripper in Hustlers, which is also set to star Crazy Rich Asians lead Constance Wu, according to Deadline. Not only that but J. Lo is additionally gearing up to go out on tour in celebration of her upcoming 50th birthday on July 24. The It's My Party: The Live Celebration Tour will feature 24 shows across the country, her first in over six years.
