Ivanka Trump threw a construction-themed birthday party for her son
President Trump is not the only one in his family fixated on building certain structures. POTUS’s second-youngest grandson rang in his 2nd birthday with a construction-themed party hosted by his famous parents, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
Theodore Kushner, who officially turns 2 on March 27, was treated to a chocolate birthday cake modeled after a yellow bulldozer and a spread that included a variety of toddler-approved snacks. Young guests were also presented with plastic hard hats and mini goodie bags packed with toy trucks and mini bottles of party bubbles.

Ivanka’s Instagram Stories captured the crowd singing “Happy Birthday” for young Theodore, who gamely blew out his two candles on cue. Older siblings Arabella, 6, and Joseph, 4, were also on hand for the festivities, which appeared to take place at a playground.
It’s unclear if any other Trump or Kushner family members attended the party. The president did not arrive in Washington until Sunday evening, leaving first lady Melania Trump and son Barron behind in Florida for spring break. Donald Trump Jr., meanwhile, has also been vacationing in Palm Beach with his five children and his estranged wife, Vanessa.
