Internet 'Isn't Buying' New Snapshot of Princess Kate Out With Husband William
Britain's Catherine, Princess of Wales
The newest development in the Kate Middleton health saga has fans continuing to wonder about the whereabouts and true medical condition of the Princess of Wales.
On Monday morning, March 11, the mom of three was allegedly photographed riding in a vehicle along with her husband Prince William, in images published by the DailyMail. William was headed to appear with the royal family at the annual Commonwealth Day Service of Celebration, while Kate, on the other hand, reportedly had to miss the event, and was headed elsewhere for a "private appointment."
The snap showed the couple sitting in the backseat of a car, where Prince William glanced down and Princess Kate's head was turned the opposite way as she looked out the window. See it here.

But from the looks of social media reactions to the image, people aren't buying that the picture is actually even of Kate.
"Once again, how do we know when this was taken. Kate loves the camera. Isn’t today the Commonwealth service? No one is buying these sightings anymore," one wrote via X, as another sarcastically added, "Yes. Yes. A far away, side-only profile picture of Kate Middleton next to Prince William that doesn’t reveal her face will most certainly end the conspiracy theories a day after you released a manipulated photo," before questioning, "I ask again. What is going on with Kensington Palace? My god."
"This morning's photo of Kate "breaking cover" (barely appearing in profile in a very dark car). Pretty sure this won't put the public's mind at ease," another said.
Yet another hypothesized, "A short video of Kate talking would put this entire matter to bed and the fact they can’t produce that is making me think she’s either not conscious or she’s no longer the princess of wales lol."
Someone else theorized that the family photo was not up to date and potentially taken last year, attempting to connect the dots on why it would have been altered. "Still deep in the Kate Middleton rabbit hole… now convinced that this picture was taken on November 2023 thanks to this TikTok," they wrote alongside a video uploaded to the sharing platform.

The latest public appearance comes immediately after the Princess of Wales spoke out about her photoshopped Mother's Day picture, issuing a public apology for the "amateur" nature of the capture. Fans had previously questioned whether it was digitally altered after finding several inconsistencies within the photo.
"I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother's Day," she wrote, before simply signing the note, "C." for her first name, Catherine.
Royal sources said the Princess of Wales made "minor adjustments" and that Kate and Prince William wanted to offer an informal picture of the family together for Mother's Day.
"The Wales family spent Mother's Day together and had a wonderful day," the source added.

There has been a cloud of confusion surrounding the Princess' true health condition, after she was admitted to the hospital for a planned abdominal surgery in January. The Palace had initially stated she'd be due to return to her royal duties around Easter, however, a notice had been published with a June date for her first event, which has since been removed from the internet.
As of now, no further information regarding her planned return or the nature of her condition has been released, with the Palace maintaining that her recovery is being handled as a private, personal matter.
