Important: Pillsbury’s New Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Dough Can Be Baked Or Eaten Raw
There’s nothing quite like a warm cookie fresh out of the oven. While chocolate chip is the classic, we try to go outside the box as much as possible. Last year, Pillsbury came out with Strawberry Cheesecake ready-to-bake cookies for a limited time. Good news! They’re back again with new packaging.
The cookie dough is already made for you, so it’s as simple as spraying a cookie sheet, placing the precut cookie dough pieces on it, and baking. Don’t you love convenience? The cookie dough is cheesecake-flavored and mixed with strawberry-flavored bits, as described on the packaging from @candyhunting’s photo.
What’s even better about this year’s Strawberry Cheesecake cookie dough is that now it’s safe to eat cooked or raw. So if you can’t possibly wait for them to bake (we don’t blame you), it’s perfectly acceptable and safe to break yourself off a couple pieces and go to town.
Most of Pillsbury’s ready-to-bake cookies come in a pack of 24. These, on the other hand, are twice as big, to give you 12 giant cookies! When they first came out last year, a PR rep confirmed to Best Products that they would be sold for two packages for $5. We’re guessing they’ll have a similar price tag this time around.
Pillsbury’s Strawberry Cheesecake cookie dough is limited-edition again this year, so hit up the refrigerator aisle during your next grocery store run. And maybe grab a couple extra while you’re at it, because we have a feeling the first batch will disappear quicker than you thought.
