Including my favorite butt-lifting pair.
As a shopping writer, I've tested and reviewed just about every popular legging style on the market. My assortment of leggings have accompanied me through a myriad of physical endeavors, from pilates to daily hot-girl walks to lazy Sundays lounging on the couch.
As much as I would like to have one perfect pair of universal leggings, the reality is that different pairs work better for different activities. The right pair of leggings can be the catalyst for a comfortable workout, while the wrong ones can have you cutting your reps short. But on occasion, I find a pair I really like, and I buy them in bulk, which is how I have curated my collection of leggings to fit my lifestyle.
I have comfy high-waisted gems, butt-lifting styles for that much-needed confidence boost, pocket-equipped options, and even trending cuts like the crisscross waistband. So, what styles should you shop if you are looking for the crème de la crème of leggings
? Don’t stress, as I have rounded up 10 personal faves (and a few shopper-loved styles) that I’m planning to add to my wardrobe while they are on sale for as low as $10 ahead of Amazon Prime Big Deal Days.

These Under Armour Heatgear High No-Slip Leggings are a frequent grab in my collection, so much so that I already own them in three colors (and planning to go back for more). Whenever I wear the shiny blue or pink pair to the gym, I feel like I’m in an ‘80s exercise video. I get tired of wearing my classic black leggings, so these are a nice way to add some color and shine while not having to compromise on stretch, breathability, and comfort; they feel like a second skin.
These leggings come in 16 colors, including navy, black, magenta, and purple and sizes XS through 3XL, with short and tall inseams. The compression leggings have a high-rise waistband that stays in place, a side seam pocket, and flat seaming that doesn’t rub against the skin. They feature a four-way stretch, so they move as your body moves and a sweat-wicking material that keeps you feeling dry.
Yeug Seven-Pack High-Waisted Leggings

If black leggings are your daily uniform, you need Yeug‘s High Waisted Leggings, which come in a pack of seven. They are on sale for $5 apiece, and more than 5,000 Amazon shoppers have given the leggings a five-star rating, saying that they are “comfortable,” “soft,” and “have great compression.”
The leggings come in full-length and capri options in five non-sheer colorways and three sizes, S-M, L/XL, and XXL-3XL. They feature a high-rise design with a wide elastic waistband for extra coverage, and the fabric is super stretchy, so they pass the squat test. They’re also lightweight, breathable, and buttery soft.
Jgs1996 High-Waist Butt-Lifting Leggings

$18
Do you ever have those days when you don’t want to get up and move? I definitely do, and when that’s the case, I throw on the Jgs1996 High-Waist Butt Lifting Leggings. Once I slip these leggings on, it’s an instant confidence boost, and I am rushing to the gym to see this tush in motion. While they are super flattering and give the butt a generous lift, they are also comfortable, super stretchy, and supportive without being constrictive — all the more reason to buy in bulk while they are $18 a pop.
The butt-defining leggings come in 49 colors and prints in full- and capri- lengths, including black, gray, red, blue, and tie-dye, as well as sizes S through 4XL. They have a four-way stretch, and I can confirm they are squat-proof. They’re high-waisted with a wide waistband for extra coverage and a scrunch detail on the back seam for added definition. The fabric is super soft and non-chafing, so you won’t have to pause or cut your workout short due to discomfort.
