IHOP Just Launched Its First-Ever Biscuits Menu, and It's Filled with Sweet and Savory Favorites
IHOP fans everywhere have a reason to rejoice as today marks the arrival of Buttermilk Biscuits to the beloved all-day breakfast menu. For the first time ever, the IHOP menu will feature a dedicated biscuit section, which will include brand new buttermilk biscuit options designed to capture both sweet and savory cravings.
In typical celebratory fashion, IHOP is kicking things off in Natchez, Mississippi — the Biscuit Capital of the World — to celebrate the new menu. For just one day, the City of Natchez will be renamed IHOP and fans who are eager to try the new biscuit menu first are invited to 300 N Broadway, Natchez, Mississippi to celebrate. The first 500 customers lucky enough to line up before 11:30 a.m. will be served delicious buttermilk biscuits fresh off the griddle out of an official IHOP food truck.

“Biscuits are a large part of our southern cultural legacy. What better place to commemorate the IHOP launch than the oldest city on the highest bluff of the mighty Mississippi River?” said Dan Gibson, Mayor of Natchez, “ I am proud to be the Mayor of IHOP, MS for the day!”
Natchez Chef Regina Charboneau, Culinary Ambassador of American Queen Voyages, who was crowned “The Queen of Biscuits” by The New York Times and the Travel Channel, will also be in attendance to help celebrate the arrival of the new biscuit menu.
“We are thrilled to be in the Biscuit Capital of the World today to debut Biscuits on the IHOP menu,” said IHOP’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kieran Donahue. “IHOP’s off-premise ordering continues to account for over 20 percent of our business, and the brand has leveraged this latest Biscuit menu addition to ensure items can be enjoyed whether guests dine-in or take their meal to-go.”

Here’s what you can expect to find on the new IHOP Biscuit Menu:
Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich: A biscuit filled with two fried eggs, American cheese, two strips of hickory-smoked bacon and cheese sauce. Served with a choice of two buttermilk pancakes, hash browns or seasonal fresh fruit.
Chicken Biscuit Sandwich: A biscuit filled with buttermilk crispy chicken breast, hash browns, pickle chips and country gravy. Served with a choice of French fries, onion rings, seasonal fresh fruit, two buttermilk pancakes or side salad.
Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit: A biscuit filled with cheesecake mousse, fresh strawberries, a drizzle of old-fashioned syrup, whipping topping and powdered sugar.
Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit Combo: A biscuit filled with cheesecake mousse, fresh strawberries, a drizzle of old-fashioned syrup, whipping topping and powdered sugar. Served with two eggs, two hickory-smoked bacon strips or pork sausage links and hash browns.
Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo: A biscuit served with country gravy, two eggs, two pork sausage links, two hickory smoked bacon strips and hash browns.
Buttermilk Biscuit: The classic. A warm and flaky buttermilk biscuit served with whipped butter.
As the proverbial gravy on the biscuit, for a limited time, the Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich with a side will be available for just $7. Or, guests who have an extra $2 to spare can enjoy the sandwich with both a side and either a coffee or soda for $9.This offer is exclusive to all dine-in or to-go orders at participating locations nationwide, so make sure to reach out to your local IHOP before heading over.
