Husky Trio's Howling Quickly Escalates All Because Their Human Mom Asked a Question
There are many cases when stereotyping isn't the way to go, but when it comes to dog breed stereotypes--well, there's something to some of them! So-called 'gentle giants' like Great Danes, St. Bernards, and Newfoundlands really are just as sweet as they are large, and many Chihuahuas do act like large dogs in little dogs' bodies.
Of course, some dog stereotypes are simply products of misinformation and human involvement. Pit Bulls are not aggressive by nature, for example, but they mistakenly earned that kind of reputation because they were used as bait dogs for large animals, and even other dogs, as early as the 18th century. But other breed stereotypes are impossible to deny.
Just think about it! When most people think of a stereotype for Huskies, it's that they're vocal. And it's true! Huskies have no issue talking back to their humans, but one dog mom really has her hands full with 3 of them. In fact, the trio went absolutely bonkers, screaming at full volume, when all she did was ask a simple question. The November 27 video is guaranteed to make you smile!
LMAO! These three really are something else. Their names are Tikanni (the dark gray one), Kita (with the light gray coat), and Tehya (the brown Husky who sounds like a siren when she howls), and they have to be some of the most chaotic fur siblings I've ever seen. Each of these Huskies' colorful coats is as stunning as the last, and they really know how to set each other off!

The truth is, it doesn't take much to set off a Husky, either. All their dog mom did was ask a question, and Tikanni responded in the most over-the-top way! My own Husky mix does the very same thing, though he and I usually have conversations since he has no other howling siblings. But just like this noisy trio, my dog's barking, howling, and talking back can go on for quite a while!
How Often do Huskies Howl and Bark?
Even though northern dog breeds like Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes are famous for their howling, it's not as frequent of a spectacle as one may think. The frequency of a dog's howling will vary from one individual to another, of course, but my Husky only talks a handful of times per day. It can go on for a minute or two at a time, but it's rarely an all-day occurrence unless other dogs or visitors are involved.
As for this noisy Husky trio... they howl like this even less frequently! In a prior TikTok post, their owner replied to a commenter explaining that they only do this once per day. After that, it's out of their system for a while. Now that's not so bad, is it?
