Whether it's with friends and family or just enjoying some alone time, there is nothing better than kicking back with some snacks and disappearing into the big screen for a few hours. Release: November, 22nd
Wish is an animated musical from Walt Disney starring Broadway sensation and Academy Award winner Ariana DeBose as 17-year-old Asha, who makes a passionate plea to the stars in a moment of need and is startled to find the star come to life. The movie is written by Jennifer Lee who is best known as the writer and one of the directors of Frozen (2013). Lee is the first female director of a Walt Disney Animation Studios feature film and the first female director of a feature film that earned more than $1 billion in gross box office revenue.
Release: December 1st
Show Her The Money is a documentary that highlights the ways women have been shut out of the world of finance. Pulling back the curtain on the extreme underfunding of women in the Venture Capital world, where less than 2% of venture capital goes to women, the film follows four visionary entrepreneurs as they endure uphill battles to turn their ideas into reality. The documentary is a compelling and crucial reminder that money is power and women need it to achieve true equality.

Freud's Last Session is a film based on the stage play of the same name by American playwright Mark St. Germain. Starring Academy Award winner Sir Anthony Hopkins the film tells of a fictional meeting between C. S. Lewis and Sigmund Freud and the debate on God that follows. The original play performance of Freud's Last Session premiered in the summer of 2009, at the Barrington Stage Company in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Eventually the performance made its way to the stages of New York and in 2011 it won the Best Play Award from the off-Broadway Alliance.

For all you lovers of nature and family fun - be on the hunt for this animated comedy about a family of mallards, appropriately named The Mallard Family, that is trying to migrate from New England through New York to Jamaica. The movie is produced by Illumination, a studio that has had incredible success in the past with animated features including the Despicable Me franchise, The Super Mario Bros. Movie as well as the adaptation of the Dr. Seuss' book How the Grinch Stole Christmas - which is a holiday season classic.

Originally a novel by American author Alice Walker which won the 1983 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, in 1985 Steven Spielberg directed the film adaptation. Telling the story of the life-long struggles of an African American woman living in the south during the early 1900s the film holds the record for 11 Academy Award nominations without a single win. This year’s release is the second film adaptation of the novel, with Spielberg returning as a producer and featuring performances by Fantasia Barrino, Taraji P. Henson, Danielle Brooks, H.E.R., Ciara and Halle Bailey among others.
