Prince Harry's highly-anticipated memoir Spare doesn't hit shelves until January 10, 2023, but it's well on its way to becoming a chart-topping read. The book is available for pre-order on Amazon now, where it's already closing ranks as one of the site's best-selling new releases. And, calling eager readers everywhere, it's worth noting that the e-tailer is currently taking 38 percent off hardcover copies of Spare ahead of its release marking it as one of the lowest pre-order prices of the memoir yet.
Unlike other books about the Royal Family, Spare promises to provide an up-close-and-personal look at Prince Harry's upbringing, his time as a senior member of the British monarch, and his new life in California—straight from the Duke of Sussex himself.
While there'll be plenty of opportunities to pick up the book in the new year, pre-ordering ensures having a copy mailed out as soon as it's available. (Plus, there's a strong chance the book will not be on sale when it's released in a few days.)
There are a couple of other ways to save on the Duke of Sussex's first-ever memoir worth noting. Kindle devotees, for instance, can pre-order a digital copy for $18. In addition, audiobook enthusiasts can elect to hear Harry's story in his own words (literally) as the Duke of Sussex is set to narrate Spare. And with Amazon offering Prime members a free 30-day trial of Audible, the latter technically qualifies as a way to experience the book for free.
Coinciding with the countdown to 2023 we just celebrated, time is on the clock for what might even be an even bigger ball drop than that of the one in Times Square with the release of Harry's memoir.
