Hallmark Is Launching a Radio Station So You Can Start Listening to Christmas Music ASAP
The Hallmark Channel may be best known for its Christmas movies, but now it's about to master holiday music, too.
The network will launch its very own radio station on SiriusXM to coincide with the "Countdown to Christmas" lineup. Starting on Thursday, November 1, you can sing along to your favorite jolly jingles all day long by tuning in to "Hallmark Channel Radio" on channel 70.
From classic carols to modern merry favorites, SiriusXM's 33.5 million listeners will get to hear a little bit of everything on the new station, which will be hosted by none other than Fuller House actress and overall Christmas queen, Candace Cameron Bure.
When you aren't bopping along to your favorite jams, fans can also enjoy special features starring LeAnn Rimes, Holly Robinson Peete, Lacey Chabert, Danica McKellar, Kellie Pickler, and more. Several popular other actors are also set to stop by and spill behind-the-scenes movie details before the station wraps up its programming on December 29.
If you're not willing to wait until November to hear your favorite seasonal albums, you can get your fix with Hallmark's soundtrack for It's Christmas, Eve. Featuring a mix of traditional tunes and original songs written by its star, LeAnn Rimes, the new album is just the thing to get you in the holiday spirit.
The "Countdown to Christmas" festivities officially begin with Christmas at Pemberley Manor, on October 27. With a record-breaking 37 films, an original soundtrack, and a radio station coming your way, there are so many ways to celebrate the most wonderful time of year.
