Guys, What Do You Actually Want For Christmas This Year?
If you're anything like me, then you never know what to say when someone asks what you want for your birthday, Christmas, Hanukkah, or literally any other holiday.
There are definitely worse problems to have, so I'm not complaining, LOL.
So, whether you're in the same boat as me or are just curious about what to get the men in your life, I want to ask: Guys, what do you actually want to be gifted this year?
Maybe you spend most of your free time playing video or board games, and you have your eyes on something extra fun this year.
In terms of video games, you really can't go wrong with a Nintendo Switch console. This was honestly the best purchase I made in the last five years, and it's saved me from sooooo many long, boring, and lonely days. If you're looking for a single-player game then The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is your safest bet for maximum fun. If you're more into group play, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is probably everyone's top choice.
Board game-wise, Azul is always my go-to recommendation for everyone. It's a fun strategy game that's easy to learn, kind of fast-paced, and also just, like, super pretty.
Perhaps you just moved into a new apartment, and the number one thing on your list is a cordless vacuum that's so powerful, it'll actually make cleaning fun.
Look, I'm kind of a klutz but HATE mess and dust (especially as someone with asthma), so being able to easily clean up after myself is key. LG's CordZero A9 stick vacuum is super portable and even transforms into a handheld vacuum. No more lugging heavy contraptions around the house and being limited to only where the cord extends. You're welcome.
Or maybe your partner is really into fitness, and they've spent the last few months dropping hints about certain would-be-perfect gifts.
In terms of protein powder, I've been using Promix for yearsssss now. I personally think it's the best in the biz (it's grass-fed, it's gluten-free, and it tastes great), and they've got a bunch of flavors for whatever mood you're in.
Or maybe they're looking for at-home workout equipment for any type of budget: A pull-up bar is a great way to work on strength, a weighted vest can help you build up some extra muscle, and, if you're able to splurge, and ARENA is a mobile smart gym that will cover literally everything else.
