‘GoT’ Star Nathalie Emmanuel Says Season 8 Is ‘Incredibly Satisfying’ and Will Blow Fans’ Minds
In case there was any doubt, one Game of Thrones star is here to assure us the final season will be well worth the wait.
Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays Daenerys’s (Emilia Clarke) right-hand woman Missandei, explained to the Hindustan Times that the final season “is going to be incredibly satisfying for people.” *Breathes sigh of relief*
The GoT actress went on to clarify why (although we can all agree we suspected as much), and said, “In the last couple of seasons, we have seen the pace of the show increase with the stakes getting higher and higher…There are so many characters and stories that haven’t found their conclusion.” Now, we’re finally getting answers.
She added that people “will have their mind blown when they watch the final” episode and that it’s both “exciting and heartbreaking.” All in all, Emmanuel concluded that the finale is “all of the things that you expect from Game of Thrones,” so what more could we ask for?
GoT returns to HBO with its final six episodes in the first half of 2019. Fingers crossed for a remotely happy ending.
