Gird Your Long Johns: Winter 2018 Is Going to Be Freezing

Sure, the never-ending summer has us drinking rosé well into October this year, but don't worry, there will be plenty of time to break out your cashmere sweaters. According to experts at AccuWeather and the Old Farmer's Almanac, winter is coming—hard. 

East Coasters might want to invest in a new pair of skis, because this season could mean an extra six inches of snow starting around the holidays. 

While Midwesterners usually laugh in the face of subzero weather, temperatures could plummet to as low as -30°F, says Paul Pastelok, AccuWeather’s lead long-range forecaster. Yikes.
