‘Full House’ Returns: Reminisce With Their Best ’90s-Style Footwear
The wait is finally over! John Stamos confirmed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last night that the show will be back.
The 13-episode series will be aptly named “Fuller House” and is set to air on Netflix next year. Stamos, who will guest star and produce the series, gave Kimmel the exclusive news, saying “we’ve been working on this for many, many years.”

The series will begin with a one-hour reunion episode, with Stamos indicating he’s hoping that more of the original cast members will sign on to appear. No word yet if Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen will guest star. While we know the twins are busy with their multiple fashion lines, we can only hope that they’ll find time for the series.
So, with “Full House” in mind, FN is starting to feel nostalgic remembering the brilliant ’90s shoes the cast were known for. Having recently summed up the 5 shoes you had to have if you grew up in the ’90s, it seems another trip down memory lane is in order.
Mary Janes with Bobby Socks
Twins Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen sure loved their Mary Janes — particularly when paired with bobby socks. Come to think of it, they just really loved their bobby socks, wearing them with almost every shoe they wore, including their Converse Chuck Taylors.

Classic Dr. Martens
Another must-have shoe from the ’90s. Uncle Joey, in particular, loved his black Dr. Martens laceups (seen in the cast image above) Still a trend today, but will always have a 90s feel.

White-On-White Sneakers
Remember Uncle Jessie and Uncle Joey in their lace-up sneakers? We particularly loved that these were their shoes of choice regardless of what else they were wearing. That’s right, from suits to jeans, shorts and more, the pair seemed to be forever attached to their Reeboks.
