French Pro Snowboarder Soars Over Stunning Lake on a Foil
The off season activities are real for pro snowboarders, and it is hard to find something that lives up to the majesty and mystique of shredding down a gorgeous, rugged mountain in the middle of nature. Something so unique, so special, so remote is not an easy feeling to find. But with this recent video posted by French snowboarder Victor Daviet on Instagram, he is showcasing his off season activity of foiling on an absolutely incredible lake, and it makes us think that perhaps Victor Daviet has nailed the assignment.
Born on January 9, 1990, in Gap, France, Victor Daviet embraced snowboarding at the young age of eight. Growing up in the picturesque southern region of the French Alps, he refined his skills in his hometown of Vars in Queyras. Whether conquering the slopes in slopestyle or exploring his cherished backcountry, Victor finds pure joy in snowboarding. His technical expertise allows him to navigate various terrains with ease. During the summer, Victor takes a break from snowboarding to pursue studies at a business school in Annecy. Beyond the snow, he enjoys thrilling activities like skydiving and surfing, often complemented by lively gatherings with friends
