The capsule comes on the heels of Skims’ viral partnership with Dolce & Gabbana, and is intended to take customers from the slopes to après ski.
The drop features outerwear, base layers, apparel and accessories for the coldest of days. This includes bodysuits, puffer jackets, gloves, mules and athleisure essentials.
“This marks SKIMS first-ever foray into the world of winter wear and partnering with The North Face allowed us to leverage their expertise in this category,” says Kim Kardashian, Skims’ Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer. “The collection is a combination of functional and flattering apparel solutions for the season. I’ve spent a lot of time on the slopes, so I was definitely inspired when we were developing this collection and I can’t wait to wear these pieces on my next trip.”
Jens Grede, CEO of Skims, adds, “This collaboration with The North Face allowed us to leverage the brand’s heritage expertise and enhance it with our own creative and solutions-based design codes, for one of our most technical collections yet.”
The collection ranges from XXS to 3X in clothing and sizes 5 to 11 in shoes. Prices are between $60 and $1,200. In addition to being available at skims.com and luisaviaroma.com on Tuesday, Dec. 10, the drop will be available to shop at Skims retail locations and select The North Face stores.
