Fayetteville feels the magic at Firefly Fling
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) —On July 20, Fayetteville was filled with magic as fairies, mermaids, pirates and more came to town.
The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks (BGO) hosted its Firefly Fling, an all-ages event featuring live music, face painting, tattoo artists and local vendors.
Children and adults dressed as their magical being pf choice and enjoyed a light show complete with giant bubbles and performers once night fell.

“We are thrilled to be able to bring the spotlight to more than two dozen locally based businesses, artists, live music and performers,” BGO’s executive director Ashley Wardlow said.
The Firefly Fling also included a petting zoo with the most magical creature of all: a unicorn.
