This Fast-Food Chain Beat Google as One of the Best Places to Work in 2018

It’s not just the lure of free burgers and Animal-Style fries that keeps employees coming back to In-N-Out.

According to Glassdoor’s recently released “Best Places to Work in 2018,” the West Coast burger chain took Google’s number four spot on the list. 

The ranking, based on reviews of current and former employees, also includes Facebook at number one, Bain & Company at two and BCG at three. Google dropped to the number five spot, right after In-N-Out.

Citing wages starting at $11 an hour, paid vacations, 401(k) benefits and (most important) free burgers, employee reviews on the site ranked the chain a 4.3 out of 5. And great news: The company is expanding, with 50 Colorado outposts planned for the coming year.

On the job hunt? Those short-order skills may actually come in handy after all.
