Going gaga over Meghan's gown
We know Meghan Markle has said yes to a dress -- but who's the designer? Bethan has tracked the runners and riders for months now and says Ralph & Russo look like the frontrunners. Then again, if the London-based couturiers haven't won the biggest commission of the year, it might have gone to Erdem, Emilia Wickstead, Stella McCartney...
"Her nickname is Meghan Sparkle," Emily says. "I'm anticipating major bling. I think this dress has got to have scale, it's got to be the dress seen around the world... Definitely a narrow little waist and a huge skirt wouldn't surprise me a bit."

Glamour and restraint on the Cannes red carpet
Cannes 2018 best dressed on the red carpet
Robin Wright wore a slipdress, Jane Fonda went long and loose and Cate Blanchett looked simply perfect at every occasion. Once again, it's mature women who have dominated the annual film festival's red carpet. "I'm having tremendous fun being inspired by these older women," Lisa says.
"We really are seeing some great dresses and some glamour. And we're seeing older women as well. God, that Jane Fonda in Mary Katrantzou looked incredible. I really loved her in that.... She just looked fabulous. And Isabelle Huppert going all sexy, and Julianne Moore -- she's the gift that keeps on giving."
Are we ready for the second coming of Georgina Chapman?
One fashion house notably absent from the Cannes red carpet has been Marchesa. But the brand, co-founded by Georgina Chapman, the ex-wife of alleged serial sexual harasser Harvey Weinstein, began a tentative crawl back into the spotlight last week with an in-depth interview in Vogue. Is this the right time for a comeback?
"What irks me about all of this is that she's defined by what her husband's done and she's got no agency for herself," Victoria says. "Yes, obviously he helped her career, he possibly funded it and made women wear it, but it still became a brand that's sold in ordinary department stores. You can't just negate all of that and say, 'Oh well, she should just go home and never leave the house ever again.'"
Plus, what we're excited about this week...
The royal wedding, obviously! The Meghan and Harry Lifetime movie, a remarkable musical collaboration and macrobiotic cooking too...
