When it comes to winter cocktails, there are a few prevailing classics: eggnog, mulled wine, and spiked cider all make regular appearances at typical holiday get-togethers. I'm not complaining, they're all great! Sometimes, though, I really miss summer cocktails. Honestly, I miss summer all together. But that's a different story.
