Usually dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is a speedy popper. No matter how big or stubborn the pimple may be, she is an absolute pro at extracting swiftly and efficiently. Sometimes, it's not about speed and the most satisfying pops come slow motion.
That's exactly what happened in Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video when she faced off with a gnarly dilated pore of winer. The pop location is a bit of a mystery, but Dr. Pimple Popper kept her eyes on the prize the whole time.
She numbed the whole area before digging in with a pair of tweezers. "Yeah, it's a nice one," she told her patient as she slid the whole DPOW out of the whole. Then, Dr. Pimple Popper replays the entire squeeze in slow motion.
Dr. Pimple Popper's fans got chatty in the comments. The tweezers specifically were a point of contention. One fan wrote, "Technically that was a tweeze not a pop.?? I love when stuff oozes out ?? so satisfying."

One fan asked, "You numbed it just for a small tug with tweezers? ????" One Popaholic responded, "I know I wouldn’t wanna feel tweezers scraping around inside of me." Isn't that the truth! Perhaps some of the fans wanted some of that numbing as well. At least one said it hit her, "I felt this deep within."
