These Disney Princess hand pies are almost too pretty to eat
Show us anything related to Disney and we are an instant fan. Case in point: these adorable Disney Princess hand pies. The treats were baked by Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin, a pie enthusiast whose creations have been featured on the Food Network, in Food & Wine Magazine, and more. She recently made three delicate Disney Princess hand pies: Merida, Belle, and Tiana. The palm-of-your-hand-sized pies are edible, but if served one, we think we would have to sit back and admire it for a while. Or take a bite, but then put it in a glass case to keep it for as long as possible. Because they are that pretty!
It seems like just yesterday we were talking about Disneyland’s peppermint candy cane churros, as well as their Dole Whip cotton candy. Sugar fix, anyone? But these Disney Princess hand pies are definitely more one-of-a-kind Disney fare. Plus, since they’re handmade by Clark-Bojin, they’re not actually being sold at the theme park itself.
Clark-Bojin loves pies and wants everyone else to get in on the craft. “My mission is to show the world that not only can pies go head-to-head against the poshest wedding cakes and fancy-pants desserts on the most discerning buffet tables of the world, but that they can be fun and easy to pull off too!” she states on her website. Um, easy to pull off?! These Disney Princess hand pies certainly don’t look easy to make! But suffice it to say, Clark-Bojin’s Disney Princess hand pie prowess is impressive, to say the least.
Here’s a look at the Disney Princess hand pies. Warning: They’ll make you want some pie, STAT.

So lovely! And 100% edible, though we still want to put ours on a shelf and admire it from afar.

Clark-Bojin is not limited to making Disney Princess hand pies. Check out her incredible Nightmare Before Christmas Pie Carousel.

Then there was this “Piescraper” that she baked — erm, built?! — too.
