David Beckham Calls His Marriage to Victoria Beckham 'More Complicated' After 19 Years

David and Victoria Beckham have been the subject of numerous tabloid split rumors over their nearly-two decade marriage. In public, they've put on a united front, supporting each other's events, making a rare red carpet appearance together this summer, and definitively shutting down this summer's big rumor that they were done.

But David admitted in an upcoming interview on Australia's The Sunday Project that their 19-year marriage isn't perfect. “To have been married for the amount of time that we have, it’s always hard work,” he said. “It becomes a little more complicated.”

David said the comment in a teaser for the special, meaning there's more detail to come when the interview airs later this week.
