Your smarts are pushing everything else out of the way right now, and it feels great. You might decide to make some academic changes, or maybe they're thrust upon you.

Cancer

Think about your future today -- maybe not your old age, but at least the next year or so. You should be able to come up with a plan that makes a lot of sense for you and your people.
