You've got a knack for finding the best setting for certain situations. But this talent could fail you today as you seek out a nice tapas restaurant for a first date. The pulpo gallego, gambas al ajillo and sangria should be excellent, but the roving mariachi band really gets on your nerves!

Taurus

Plan on bringing food along if you must travel, particularly if you're flying. Trail mix, carrot or celery sticks and perhaps a roast beef sandwich on sourdough roll can keep you nourished and fortified, and should taste a lot better than the mystery meat the airline serves.

Gemini

Undercurrents of tension make for an ominous day. Still, taking a long lunch to get away from the stress could be a mistake. You may take comfort in a bowl of lobster bisque and Dungeness crab cakes, but it's just too tempting to wash it all down with a bottle of chardonnay.

Cancer

Plan on celebrating in grand style. Treat yourself to generous portions of caramel popcorn, caramel apples, banana caramel pie, even fleur de sel caramel! The festivities are glorious, but you may have to make an appointment with your dentist tomorrow.

Your desire to travel somewhere sunny and exotic may be offset by a weak bank account, but a trip to the Big Island can be as close as your local Hawaiian barbecue restaurant. Order the poke. You can't go wrong with raw ahi, chili peppers and seaweed. And, really, can one ever get enough kukui nuts?

Start making fitness plans today, but keep them realistic and achievable. Losing that excess weight and getting slim is easier if you start now. Exercise plus lots of salads, yogurt and lean proteins like chicken and tuna go a long way into getting you back into great shape.

Libra

The inside of your head may feel murky, like a foggy San Francisco evening. Maybe you need more B vitamins to offset the stress. You can just take a tablet, but it's always more fun getting your vitamins from food. Cheese and milk are a great source of B, as are vegetables and whole grains. Penne in a cheese sauce with a side salad sounds like a winner!

Scorpio

Execute work plans with machine-like precision and you'll be amazed at how easily things take off. With the wheels smoothly rolling along, there may not be much to do but take a long lunch. It could take a while to polish off French onion soup, a mushroom cheeseburger and onion rings. You may actually decide to cut lunch short and hit the gym instead.

Sagittarius

You may find yourself in the red, so put yourself on a strict budget. That could mean you may have to skip expensive lunch spots and make your own meals. Eating a ham and cheese sandwich at your desk might not be as much fun as onion soup and clam quiche at a French bistro, but c'est la vie.

Capricorn

You have the stamina of an Olympic athlete today. Keep those fires burning by chowing down on plenty of energy-producing carbs and protein. You can't do much better than spaghetti and meatballs for that. Just make sure the pasta is whole wheat!

Aquarius

These days, you really need to do your research if you want to eat healthy. It seems like everything is packed with nasty hidden ingredients like MSG, trans fats and high fructose corn syrup. You can't go wrong with fresh veggies, so stir-fry the usual suspects with chicken breast. You know exactly what you're getting!

Pisces

Whether you're helping friends move or giving them a ride to the airport, you never say no when they need help. That means you get to call the shots if they take you to lunch as a gesture of thanks. Choose a sushi restaurant where you can snack on treats like unagi, ebi and futomaki. It may be expensive, but your help shouldn't come cheap.
