Courteney Cox's Abs Are Beyond Sculpted in New Video on Instagram

Being a celebrity means doing plenty of photoshoots—and Courteney Cox just shared a little BTS snippet of what that actually looks like.

The shoot was from the former Friends star’s recent interview with The Sunday Times Style and it’s everything. In the post, the 57-year-old actress is working a number of different outfits, including a cropped jacket and tulip skirt that show off her next-level abs.

“Playing dress-up… very seriously,” she wrote in the caption.

Naturally, Courteney’s famous friends flipped: “Beeeeautiful. ??” wrote Jennifer Garner. “HOLY S--T, COURT??,” said Tan France. There were many, many others like that, and fair.

OK, we need to talk about this… Courteney works out regularly and she’s dropped some tidbits from her active lifestyle here and there that show she works hard for that body. In October, the Scream star shared a seriously impressive video of herself on Instagram completely crushing a boxing workout with her trainer. Courteney didn’t just box—she threw out some serious punches and tossed in some high kicks at a rate that’ll make you look tired just from watching.

Courteney previously wrote on Goop that she just likes to be active: "I have always loved exercise and feel that being active is important to maintain not only physical health but mental health as well,” she said. That includes boxing, naturally, along with the Tracy Anderson Method, which is a dance-based fitness class that has an army of celebrity fans. "I heard about Tracy through friends who had seen fantastic results,” Courteney said. “I was watching people around me change their bodies so I had to see what it was all about.”

But Courteney also works through a slew of different workouts such as running, hiking, Pilates, Budokon, and tennis. Back in July, Courteney shared a hilarious clip on Instagram of herself nailing the ball on the tennis court…right into the camera.

Naturally, Courteney eats well, too. "Luckily, some of my favorite foods in the world are vegetables," she previously told New You magazine. "I just love kale, spinach, broccoli, asparagus. Anything green I crave." Along with all those greens, Courteney said she loves steak, chicken, and fish, and she tries to stick to a low-carb diet.

She’s not afraid to have some fun with food, though. Courteney revealed in June that she “ate my way through Disneyland,” followed by a montage of herself having a Mickey ice cream pop, cotton candy, turkey leg, and more.
