Courteney Cox Hits the 'Scream VI' Red Carpet Premiere With Lookalike Daughter
Their looks are to die for.
Courteney Cox took daughter Coco Arquette as her date to the New York City premiere of Scream VI.
The 18-year-old looked stunning on the red carpet, wearing a flowing sleeveless red dress with black heels.
Cox also looked radiant, wearing an all-black ensemble: a velvet blazer, little black dress, tights, and matching accessories.
The Scream VI cast coordinated, with all—except Henry Czerny, who donned a purple shirt and dark blue suit—matching in the somber color.
Arquette's presence at the premiere is particularly sweet, considering her parents Cox and David Arquette met on the set of the first Scream flick.
The latest installment in the Scream cinematic series follows Ghostface's survivors Sam (Melissa Barrera), Tara (Jenna Ortega), Chad (Mason Gooding) and Mindy (Jasmin Savoy Brown) moving from Woodsboro to New York City, with hopes of starting a new life.
In a recent interview with Variety, Cox teased what happens to her character Gale Weathers.
"She still lives in New York, which is great because now the killer’s in New York, just as Sam and Tara have moved there. It kind of fell right into her lap," revealed Cox. "She wrote a book afterward. She told Sam that she wouldn’t and then of course she did because I mean, someone was going to do it. So, she had to."
Notably absent from the new movie is Neve Campbell, who was the star of the franchise. She opted to not appear in the movie due to a pay dispute. "I missed working with her, but I'm going to support whatever she feels is right," Cox told the outlet.
Scream VI hits theaters on March 10.
