1 pound fettucine
One 48-ounce carton chicken broth
One 16-ounce jar salsa verde
One 7-ounce container chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
One 12-ounce jar barbecue sauce
One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
2 ounces blue cheese
⅓ cup sour cream
1 pint whole milk
1 pint heavy cream
2 sticks butter
5¼ ounces Parmesan cheese
2 ounces Gruyère cheese
1 small rotisserie chicken
3½ pounds chicken drumsticks
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Aka curry in a hurry.
