The silhouette pays homage to Converse’s classic canvas Chuck 70 sneaker silhouette with the addition of black canvas uppers fitted with the instantly recognizable Chuck Taylor ankle patch, accompanied by rubber outsoles and white lace-up closures. The boot is also equipped with lofty wedge heels and OrthoLite cushioning that helps provide the wearer with optimal comfort.
On Monday, Converse Korea shared an alternative image of Karina to Instagram of the songstress wearing the brand’s Luxe Squared sneaker, another new silhouette. Said style includes unique squared toes accompanied by white canvas uppers, platform rubber soles and coordinating white lace-up closures. The silhouette is already available in the U.S. in an array of colorways and styles.
