This Is Christina El Moussa's Workout Routine
Christina El Moussa is damn fit and looks good. Regardless of how busy her schedule is - you know, renovating houses that make you want to spend all of your money - the Flip or Flop star and mother of two sticks to a healthy diet and fitness routine.

"I love a good interval workout," she wrote in an Instagram post that shared one of her latest routines. "Only takes 26 mins and you can do it from home," she said.

The workout requires two circuits of four moves each, eight moves total. Circuit one is three rounds of 45 second hammer bicep curls, alternating bent over rows, and back lunges with knee drives on each leg. Circuit two is three rounds of 45 second wide squats, weighted low squat tap-outs, and forearm plank dips on each side. Lastly, Christina says to finish it off by doing all eight moves for 45 seconds each, one after the other.
I'm literally sweating while typing her routine - no wonder she's so toned. Get it, Christina.
