When it comes to email etiquette, people have a lot of ~opinions~. But if you ask me, there is nothing quite as delightful as receiving an email with a truly unhinged sign off.

So I asked members of the BuzzFeed Community to share the weirdest and wildest ways they've seen someone sign off on an email, and they did not disappoint. Here's what they had to say:

1."'Thanking you, dearest one, and blessing the hours you have left.'"
"It still scares me wondering exactly what they meant. Work hours? Life hours? WHAT?"
2."I once got a 'Warmly (but not kindly),' with their name afterwards in an introductory email about a job."
"Reader, let me tell you — I have spent a ridiculous amount of my life pondering the meaning of that sign off. I did not reply."

5."My coworker and I used to sign our emails to each other with 'Yrs in Christ,' until I accidentally ended my resignation letter with that sign off because I sent it to my coworker to proof read first. So basically, I said, 'I quit; you suck. Yrs in Christ, (Dustin)'."

My husband co-opted it and uses it as part of his out-of-office auto-reply when he has time off, but to make it even more extra he uses Comic Sans as the font. The reactions are 100% generationally split: Boomers go out of their way to say how much they liked it when they see him after his vacation time, but Gen X and younger will PM him something to the effect of 'MY EYES! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO ME ??'."
