Central Pennsylvania Pride Festival brings the Pride Parade back to Harrisburg
HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– The annual Pride Festival of Central Pennsylvania will return to Harrisburg this weekend.
According to event details, the event will be on July 27 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Soldiers Grove behind the State Capitol and will host vendors, speakers, and entertainment. Headlining the event this year is American Idol season 7 runner-up David Archuleta.

For the first time in over a decade, the Pride Parade of Central Pennsylvania is also coming to Harrisburg. The parade will kick off at 10 a.m. before the festival begins. It starts at Commonwealth Avenue and will continue around the state capitol complex.
According to the organizer’s website, the Pride Parade will feature pride-themed floats, vehicles, businesses, and attendees.
