When celebrity design stars Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent first purchased their dream home in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park, they imagined that the Spanish Colonial house was where they would firmly plant their roots. Between Nate, Jeremiah, and their two children, the sprawling and majestic home gave them plenty of room to grow. Now, only two years later, the couple has decided to put the 8,500-square foot home back on the market. While Nate and Jeremiah’s time in their home was short-lived, the designers aren’t leaving the space in the same condition as when they entered. The two had meticulously updated the entire property inside and out, retaining the home's original architectural details that gave it a signature charm.
It was reported that Nate and Jeremiah had purchased the home from Friends co-creator Marta Kauffman, for just shy of $8.5 million. Now, with a fresh face and reimagined design, the home is listed by Brent Watson of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury for a whopping $13.8 million.
