Celebrity babies are a news industry unto themselves. You've got the pregnancy announcements, the bump pics, the birth announcements, the name reveals. While some stars prefer to keep their children private, others let us into the whole process. Either way, we can’t help but celebrate the arrival of a new celebrity baby.

Move over, Dancing Baby! The two professional dancers best known for Dancing With the Stars welcomed their first child together on Jan. 10, announcing the arrival of their baby boy in a joint Instagram post with the caption, “Our world is forever changed.” Adorably, the little one is named Rome Valentin.

Celebrity couple goals Chrissy Teigen and John Legend welcomed baby No. 3 together on Jan. 13, with Legend announcing the arrival at a private concert that evening. Teigen and Legend had been open about their struggles to grow their family, including losing son Jack in a heartbreaking “life-saving abortion” in 2020.
Surprisingly, this baby announcement would not be the only one this year for the EGOT winner and the cookbook author. In late June, the couple announced they had added baby No. 4 to their brood as well through the use of a surrogate. Babies Esti and Wren joined siblings Luna, 7, and Miles, 5, to complete the family of six.

Another heir to the Hilton fortune is here! On Jan. 24, Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed their first child together via surrogate.
Hilton celebrated her baby boy in an Instagram post featuring son Phoenix’s hand with the caption, “You are already loved beyond words.”

We have a family situation! Jersey Shore star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino welcomed his second child with wife Lauren Sorrentino on Jan. 24. Baby Mia joins brother Romeo, 2, and has already appeared alongside her parents on Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
Sorrentino announced the blessed arrival with an Instagram post captioned “We got an amazing Situation??!!”

On Jan. 30, Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine welcomed their third child together, in addition to daughters Dusty, 7, and Gio, 5. The couple’s September 2022 pregnancy announcement was marred just a few days later with the reveal that the Maroon 5 frontman had been sending inappropriate DMs through Instagram, which he has since admitted to and apologized for. Even so, the Victoria’s Secret model has stuck by her husband's side. They have yet to announce the baby’s name publicly.

The couple that loves to roast each other on social media has become a family of six! On Feb. 12, Blake Lively revealed that she and Ryan Reynolds had welcomed their fourth child by posting a photo in which she appeared ... no longer pregnant. The two have yet to publicly announce baby No. 4’s name, but the child joins sisters James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.

Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson welcomed a baby boy on Feb. 25, with the infant making his Instagram debut just 48 hours later. The birth came just a little over a month after Palmer let the sex of her soon-to-be child slip during an appearance on The Tonight Show. Whoops!

Grace Gummer and Mark Ronson debuted their little bundle of joy on a March 12. The two have been married since September 2021 and announced their pregnancy in October 2022. We bet Grandma Meryl was pleased!

Gina Rodriguez and Joe LoCicero have welcomed their first child sometime in the winter. The Jane the Virgin actress was first spotted sporting the infant in a carrier while out on a walk on March 18. The couple has endeavored to keep their child out of the spotlight, but they have referenced him by name at least a few times. He's called Charlie.

In a crossover event no one saw coming, The Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco and Ozark alum Tom Pelphrey welcomed a daughter together on March 30. Cuoco posted a picture of the baby girl on Instagram alongside the caption, “?? 3-30-23 ?? Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle..."

A very special Easter surprise arrived this year when Hilary Swank and Philip Schneider announced the birth of their twin babies—a boy and a girl! Rumer Willis and Derek Richard Thomas welcomed their first child together, daughter Louetta Isley Thomas Willis, on April 18. The baby is the first grandchild for both Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, Rumer’s parents, who were together from 1987 until 2000. While Bruce has had serious health struggles of late, the arrival of the new baby has definitely brought some much needed good news to the clan!

Bases loaded! Derek Jeter and wife Hannah Jeter welcomed their fourth child, son Kaius, on May 5 of this year. The couple, married since 2016, are already parents to Bella, 6, Story, 4, and River, almost 2. The former Yankee announced the baby’s birth on social media with the post, “Welcome to the world lil man!!” alongside a slide that read “Kaius Green Jeter 5-5-23.”

This year, in news that no one saw coming, Robert De Niro and girlfriend Tiffany Chen revealed the arrival of their daughter Gia Virginia Chen De Niro in April. The new baby is the 80-year-old Oscar winner’s seventh child.

Ireland Baldwin made her famous parents, Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, first-time grandparents this year. Ireland revealed the news of her daughter Holland with musician boyfriend André Anjos (better known as RAC) via Instagram on May 18. The post was captioned just, “holland.”

This year was a big one for Succession actress Sarah Snook! Not only did she celebrate the final episode of the show that made her famous, but she also welcomed her first child with husband Dave Lawson. The baby made its Instagram debut on May 29 in a post Snook made about watching the Succession finale. “I just watched the final episode of the final season of something that has changed my life," she wrote. "And now, my life has changed again. Thank you for all the love and support.”

In keeping with the feel-good vibe of Queer Eye, fashionista Tan France and his husband, Rob France, welcomed their second child together. The couple, who were already parents to son Ismail, 2, announced the birth of their new baby via surrogate on May 30 in an adorable Instagram post. The caption read, “Welcome baby boy #2, Isaac France, born this past weekend. He completes our little family perfectly. And a huge thank you to our incredible warrior of a surrogate, for giving us the greatest gift one could ever give.”

The Dancing with the Stars family grew once again in 2023 with the arrival of dance pros Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov’s baby girl, Nikita, on May 30. The couple has been married since 2014.

Jonah Hill and girlfriend (also rumored fiancé) Olivia Millar welcomed their first child together in May of this year, explaining why Hill was noticeably absent from sister Beanie Feinstein’s wedding. Following the birth of the child, whose name and sex have not been released, Hill’s ex girlfriend Sarah Brady posted numerous text exchanges that she alleged were with the Superbad star, accusing him of emotional abuse and gaslighting. He has not responded to the claims.

Entourage alum Adrian Grenier secretly welcomed a son with wife Jordan Roemmele in 2023, which they revealed on June 8. The secrecy makes sense for the couple, who eloped in June 2022 in Morocco. The baby, Seiko Aurelius Grenier, was revealed on Roemmele’s Instagram in a lengthy post alongside a carousel of photos chronicling the journey from pregnancy to birth.

Never one to be outdone by former costar and sometime rival Robert De Niro, Al Pacino also welcomed a new child this year in June. The 83-year-old actor and his almost 30-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, have been together since April 2022. Baby Roman is Pacino’s fourth child in addition to his three adult children: daughter Julie with ex Jan Tarrant and twins Anton and Olivia with ex Beverly D'Angelo.

Campbell welcomed her first child, a daughter, in May 2021.

Game of Thrones fans were thrilled to hear that Kit Harrington and Rose Leslie, who met on the set of the hit show, have welcomed their second child together. The baby girl’s arrival was confirmed on July 3. She joins her big brother who was born in 2021. Neither child’s name has been publicly revealed.

From teenage drama queen to new mama! Mean Girls star Lindsey Lohan welcomed her first child with husband Bader Shammas in July. Son Luai, whose name means “shield or protector” in Arabic, was born in Dubai. Lohan secretly married Shammas in April 2022 and revealed her pregnancy less than a year later in March 2023.

Another person having a big year is Barbie director Greta Gerwig. She and longtime partner and frequent collaborator Noah Baumbach revealed in July that they had a welcomed a second son together four months earlier. This baby, whose name has not been publicly revealed, is the creative couple’s second child together, after son Harold was born in March 2019. Baumbach also shares son Rohmer, 13, with his former wife, actress Jennifer Jason Leigh.

Actress Constance Wu revealed in a July 20 teaser for the podcast PRETTYSMART that she had given birth to a baby boy recently. This is Wu’s second child with boyfriend Ryan Kattner, following her daughter’s arrival in August 2020. Neither child’s name has been publicly revealed.
Revealing two big milestone events to PEOPLE on July 26, LaKeith Stanfield announced not only his marriage to Kasmere Trice but the arrival of their first child together. Stanfield already has two daughters from previous relationships, so you can bet he has this fatherhood thing down!
